Baffled

Hi Guys,
This is all scary stuff but I have a question.
I seem to have missed the chance to add details into my profile, how do get back to it to edit/change it?
I have tried hitting the profile button but I keep getting an error message telling me I can not alter this.
Those Tags above are a bit daunting, I recognise some of them but what does this[tr][/tr]do?

The profile button is workin' OK for me Ken, maybe you just caught it at a bad moment (or 6)??

[tr][/tr] inserts a table column - if you are creating a table

Ken, I've just had a look at my profile and it looks to be editable (is that a real word?). You have to be logged in to be able to do this.

My previous posting got sent before I finished it. The trouble is I am used to using a "Tab" key to tab - not to suddenly jump to "Post"!!!
