Any running days in/around Berkshire this weekend?

Hi all,

What with being away and terrible weather over the last few months, the result is I haven't gotten a run in since mid-july!

I have a free weekend for a change this weekend and wondered if there was any running around or near Reading.

The Reading sme public runs first sunday of the month and I always seem to have something on then, although i will do my best for the nex one. Bracknell I think only run the second sunday of the month etc etc.

I hope a few clubs have a couple more runs before shutting down for the winter, the weather seems a lot drier now than it was in the summer.

Hi Andy,

Your welcome to come to our club NLMES this is the last public running weekend on Sunday before winter work duty's start.
You will need a valid boiler certificate to run though.
We have a very nice private raised track running through wooded areas

I will be there and usually at least 6 steamers including B1's a Brit some 'Maids' and so on plus some electric.

Hi Andy,

Great to meet you today and after rain all morning it stopped for our last running session of the season. Myself and fellow members will be running throughout the winter when those nice clear sunny crisp days do appear.

That is one of the most beautiful locomotives I have ever seen why don't you put some pictures on here for the rest of the group
