I have almost completed my first project , it's a Stuart 10v which I intend to run on compressed air. Can anyone recommend a small compressor that will provide enough pressure/air volume to suit this engine. ( I am in the UK ) Best regards Alan.

Hi Alan,...guy at my club runs his from an old FRIDG compressor pump...some of the more powerful fish tank pumps can cope...I ran mine 10v and score from a small ''suitcase compressor'' kit from B&Q...if every thing is free enough on the engine it should run ok on those set ups. All the best for now, John.

Alan
You might struggle with an aquarium pump as they don't supply a great volume of air. An airbrush compressor would be ideal but try to get a 'silent' one if it's within your means! (A noisy compressor will detract from your silky smooth engine!).

Thanks for the info. John / Paul. Looks like an airbrush compressor is going on the Christmas pressie list !!
Best regards Alan.

For a very good 'quiet' small airbrush compressor at a very reasonable price try the following: www.simple2trade.comI and several club mates have all bought one recently (though it has to be said for airbrush use only!) and all of us are extremely pleased with the quality, service and particularly the price. (Usual disclaimer here) Hope this is of interest - Tug
