Brighton and Hove SMLE has traced its origins back to an inaugural meeting in 1909 when the original model engineering society was formed. In celebration it is planning a centenary weekend over the 8th and 9th August 2009 at its track in Hove Park ( www.hoveparkrailway.co.uk/. Early plans look like it's going to be an outstanding event and the club would love to see visitors who would like to help celebrate the event with them. If you are interested you can email them via their contact page at www.hoveparkrailway.co.uk/contact.html. Please let them know that you found them from the modeleng.org forums. Andy
