Hollycombe steam in miniature

Hollycombe shall be having a steam in miniature event on the 16th and 17th of May.

We basically want to get just a few 7 1/4", and some 5" locos together for the weekend.

Would anybody be interested?

You can attend either day, or both days.

Hi Andy, I would love to bring my 5" 'Manor' I'm dying of boredom waiting for the weather to break and my own club resembles a building site at the moment.
Where actually is Hollycomb?

Hollycombe is in Liphook, Hampshire.

I msut mention that the 5" is ground level.

Not to detract from the Hollycombe event,
Spamcanman, don't forget at the Reading club we run all through winter and strangely for this neck of the woods there are not many regular GWR locos on running days. Visitor locos are welcome and club secretary contact details on the website (just google it) if you want a run first Sunday of the month. Can get crowded with good weather but also a good flow of passengers then. 5" gauge on the raised as well as the ground level track...

Tony if your heading for Reading let me know, especially if you have a spare seat, I have a standing invitation, just haven't managed to work out when yet - though I should devote some spaire time to getting Butch tested and running!

Holycombe is a good day out, must get round to sending Judy my pictures of I promised when I was running Palmerston there last year.
