I haven't posted anything for a while as I've been a bit busy on the motion work and valve gear (what a lot of little piglets!). I've reached the point where I need to set the return crank and measure for the eccentric link. Unfortunately the frame paintwork has taken a bashing during the work, so I thought that I might take it all apart and prime and paint everything before any further work is done. I think this approach may give me a more accurate basis for the final measurements as everything will be fixed in place, especially now that I've discovered metric button head screws! Any view on this dilemma will be most appreciated. JB EDIT: I also find life a lot easier since I made a rotating stand for the thing!

You know, if I ever get to that stage I think I'd just be happy to sit and look at it ;D Looks good.

Looking very nice, it is a good achievement to get as far as you have a very exciting time when you are getting close to running on air after all the hard work. Mike

It's all that Chris Vine's fault: he's turned my workshop into a bloomin' allotment!
