I've not seen any but it should be quite easy to fabricate the cylinder from a block of 1"x1" GM or Bronze with flanges silver soldered on. The rest can be machined from the solid.

It would be helpful if ME did publish suppliers of any castings for these designs or not give drawings for engines that you can't get castings for.
