My ML10 has a 55 degree thread and I am sure the 7 series are the same.

They're specified as Whitworth form, therefore, by definition, are 55 degrees Jack

55° is correct. Here's one I made a couple of weeks back.

If you need them RGD tools do a set of taps and a die for the the same myford nose1-1/8th 12 tpi whit 55 degrees, i have used a set espesialy on chucks, backplates ect
