Hi there
I have bought plenty of stuff from there and I can state that I am not connected with the place in any way. I have been very satisfied with both the service and the prices. Joe is right they do have a big stock and look after their customers very well. When I worked at Manchester Airport I was able to sneak off at lunchtimes to stock up but now have to satisfy myself by post!
Cheers
Brian

I used to deal with them a few years ago, but i thought that the owner had sold out and retired. Is this a new venture using the old premises and name?

No, it's the same old firm but moved into the computer age. Their stock is amazing, much more than the catalogue shows. Always worth a ring if you're stuck for something.

I wish I was still able to call in, although Mrs Spurley probably wouldn't agree! I always managed find 'that' thing that I didn't realise I needed The place is a bit like an Aladdin's Cave, small at the front but the back store is marvellous. If anyone is considering a visit, it was adviseable to ring first before making the journey as Norman didn't always keep to the advertised hours. Maybe Joe could enlighten us? Regards to all at Macc. Cheers Brian

The shop is still at its old premises, but like already been said is now moved into the computer connection and is been run by normans grandson. However it does look diffrent to what it did (didnt no what it looklike before) its been re decorated but still has its "aladins cave" affect.
