I am sorry to inform the forum of the sudden passing of Robin Smith (Sechelt, BC, Canada). I know that Robin was an active watcher of this forum, and conversed with a number of other SS builders.
He was about a year ahead of me, and as a fellow north American builder, we shared a lot of information and even clubbed together for our castings.
Robin died suddenly on Xmas day, 2009, after a brief illness, from a very lately diagnosed but untreatable heart condition.
