At the beginning of the year, I bought a half built Juilet from a friend of mine and is now in the rebuild process... One hydraulic test later and it failed epically, one of the bolts on the super heater shot out like a bullet at only 10 psi... the problem was rounded off threads.
So whilst I wait for the boiler to be fixed by a fellow club member, My stepdad and I have been busy painting.

It seems you are doing a good job on painting , don't forget to bag and mark all fasteners when removed so that you don't get in trouble during assembly .just a thought from experience .

Cheers for that! I have many a small pot full of bolts and stuff and a slight idea of where they go :S
I know I'll have a good amount left over...which is always a good thing for spares!!

Its now in possibly the closest thing I could buy off the shelf to Great Western Green....
