Hi, I have designed and had built a range of stationary model steam engines to sell for education purposes, hence simple - see www.chilternmodelsteam.co.uk - still work in progress. To go with these I'd like to also provide a simple but effective boiler, associated burner, etc. Does anyone have or know a good detailed design/drawings I could use? I would be looking at having a batch of around 100 made to keep costs down. I assume I would need something around 4" x 8" in copper. Thanks Simon

Thanks Jason and good point on the h&s. Maybe compressed air for school kids and steam only if properly supervised.
