I built one of these a number of years ago but never made the governor although I bought the set of gears.
Having just finished Neddy I decided to look at finishing the Unicorn.
Peering at the drawings I do not see haw the gears can be slipped into place. Interesting the photo of the engine in the Reeves catalogue has no governor!
Anybody have any experience of this design?
