Wilco sell a range of spray paints in matt and gloss finish made by Plasti kote. They are excellent for wheels and easier to apply than normal model paint. It is about £3 for a large 400ml spray can and so is simple to apply. I used the red gloss to do the inside of the frames of my King and it is the right shade of red and again cheap and easy to apply.
