We are a small company based in the west country. We offer a Spark Erosion Service (EDM) and can provide the following;-
We use a precision Swiss made AGIE spark erosion machine (EDM) to machine a variety of work, including;-
1) Plastic injection die cavity sinking or modifying
2) Press tool die shapes
3) Small hole sparking
4) We will even remove broken taps, drill and studs for you. We can position the electrode to within 0.025 mm of the center of the tapped hole and re machine the original tapped hole diameter.
We also have capacity to do other conventional machining. Please have a look at our web site. Thank you.
