axle block oil feed hole diameter

Hi All,
Has anyone ever drilled the axlebox oil feed hole larger than a No.60 ? Ive just snapped a 1mm drill in my axle block and had to drill out to 2mm to get it out!! I dont know if I should fill the hole and redrill or open out the rest to 2mm. Can anyone help please ??

I can't s how that can be a problem. You might just have a slightly larger oil reservoir. I wouldn't worry about drilling the others out.
