If you can be bothered putting the time to look, you can pick up a Wanner suitable for Myfords on Flee Bay for around £10-£15.Mine cost me £11.50 + £3.50 + P&P. Worth a punt I my opinion.

The main problem with lubricating a Myford is the style of oil nipples they use. The ball in a socket type that relies on the nozzle of the oil gun actually sealing in the orifice of the oil nipple while oiling, to prevent oil leakage is useless. With a metal to metal connection and only human pressure on the oil gun, there is not a 'cat in hell's chance' of oiling properly. From my own experience, the only way to get oil into an oil point, with certainty, is to take the oil nipple out and inject oil straight into the hole, making sure you clean all around before taking the nipple out and before injecting oil, to ensure no debris gets into the oil ways. Alternatively, fit new oil nipples that use the Wanner, or Tecalemit, or similar, lever operated oil guns that positively grip the oil nipple while oiling. This generally makes sure the oil gets where you want it, rather than everywhere you don't! They are not cheap, but they do get the oil in where it is needed.
