online milling tutorials?

Have just aquired a Warco VMC for the workshop, I was thinking I might have to look up how to use it. I have had a bit of a google, but seam to draw a bit of a blank. I am after something which will take me through the basics of milling (Direction of cut/types of cytters to use/speeds and feeds/clamping of work)

Just enough to get me cutting metal safely, once I have the basics I will pick the rest up as I go along, just need that bit to get me going. I chat to Dad over the phone, but would like a more visual representation of what I need to be doing. However once I have the machine he will probably be down every weekend to use it

I found a great one for the lathe when I was looking about 12 months ago, which got me a good head start on that, just would like something similar for the mill...
