Help needed

Guys, this is not about railway engineering, sorry, but I need help.

I need a locking/latching device made. I have no drawings other than some 'back of a fag packet' type doodles. It is for project I have going at present.

It will be, probably, about a foot long in total, by about 2 inches wide, and 'asthinaspossible' deep. I am not that technical myself, so I need the services of a decent engineer.

I am based in the midlands (Daventry - heard of it?).If anyone is interested in helping out, please let me know.
