Thanks for sharing odc, you have some great photos there! I recognised many of the locations, and a few faces too.
You obviously like to get around the full size railways (me too). I wish a few more model engineers would make the effort, they might then have a better understanding of what they're trying to build. Most never seem to get beyond the workshop door!

Thanks for your comments people.
In my case engines were my first interest, I just came to modelling as a result of most big engines being inconveniently far away from my home to be visited more regularly.....of cause I then became a fireman on the Ffestiniog that couldn't be more inconvenient to London than perhaps Scotland! :-)
