Looks to me like one of the ex modelworks ones (plastic bags with code numbers on in the background look just like the ones for my Brit ).

He keeps listing it in 'collectables/railway models' with all the OO gauge stuff, not surprising he didn't get a buyer. It should be in 'toys & games/steam'.

Looks like some one pressed the buy it now button at £2200
There seemed a lot of loco for that price. Mind, there is a long way to go as well.
