Brian Does Bradley have any pictures of the X2, T3, T6 or X6 classes which were built from 1890 onwards. Coz those pictures are from the earlier series of locos which are not as good looking as the final series with curved splashers. They also have a different shaped front to the frames. George

Baggo Thats the picture I remembered seeing and quite rightly the frames are not for that. I had entirely forgotten the earlier series of Adams 4-4-0's. Baz frames are actually the second set of frames to that profile that I have seen over the past 4 years. The other set were more advanced and were more akin to a nearly rolling chassis and were definitely for an Adams T3. Here is a picture that I have found of the full size.

I'm with George on this one, the curved splashers look much nicer! the problem now is that I am tempted to keep these frames and build the loco!!

Well, Baz, you have to admit(?) that my advice has always been good(??) but how about this one??? (Even I think it may be a little outlandish ) Why not invite all your new friends to contribute a little piece, sort of Concord/Airbus style, to building a Group Project? Maybe we'd better leave out the international element, though, or Metrication might absorb all our energies to the exclusion of actually making anything I don't know about you but I'm proud to be a member of such a well informed and experienced group. Thanks everyone! Bob P
