Thats a very fine looking Virginia, very distinctive for ID purposes on Ebay and the like. It mentions no tender but the chassis is in the background on the pic.

There a now enough people on here that I suggest all take a look at Andy's link.
If there are enough people watching for it they will be caught, a sort of private "Crimewatch" ;D
More seriously though, if they get caught, and others realise that any outlet (heck it won't get past ebay now!!) is dangerous for them, they will stop stealing them. No doubt moving on to other things, but then.....

Can I just add to this, this loco www.wythallsteamrail.co.uk/Stolenitem.html was stolen from my old club a few weeks ago, seen in the pic undergoing a repaint a couple of years ago, if my memory serves me correctly it had LH and RH stamped quite small in the ends of the axles. The loco was on display loan to the society by the late builders family when it was stolen so is of great sentimental value, Cheers, Mike
