I like the traverser but how do you get passenger trucks on and off? Brute force?

No left hand bends I like the traverser but how do you get passenger trucks on and off? Brute force? Yes pretty much, but we don't do a huge amount of passenger running anyway. Testing my improved lubricator linkage tomorrow. Hopefully will reduce oil consumption. |

I enjoy passenger running, the smiles from children off all ages and the loco doing what it was designed to do.
An added bonus is the money it brings into the club.

But our club stopped during covid and it's proving difficult to ramp back up again. Also we are doing some track upgrades at the moment. Yesterday I managed 5 hours of steaming with no issues, power dropped off halfway through so I dropped the grate and it all returned to normal. Lubrication is far more sensible. |

I named this locomotive after my Father, Jamie. My father passed away early this morning despite doctors best efforts following a longstanding illness. As a result I'll probably be a little bit quieter for a while.
