Hi dem sorry for the delay in replying but I am in spain at the moment so have limited wifi (having to use a local bar, well thats my excuse "soothing ales etc"). For what its worth mine is a 4 bolt type and I was intending to use some of this Hermatite type sealent recommended by other contributors, although I have been advised not to fit superheaters to a Juliet, but I thought it preferable to make them and I can always leave them out if a problem. Regards paul

hi paul, try a few dummy runs to start with. the LBSC method is a real pain, and am sure many will tell you of exasperating problems, or conversely others will say every thing fits perfectly with no problems. for final assembly i would use loctite but be quick! cheers, julian Hi Julian, just coming back to this briefly I have some Loctite 2701 which as you may be aware is designed for thread locking and suitable for non ferrous applications with approx. 5 min. set time. The data sheet says suitable for applications up to 150 deg. C, I assume this is ok for this application. As always many thanks in advance. Regards Paul.
