Most suppliers websites & adverts ( Chronos / RDG ) state they will be attending so I can only assume it is still on.

I'll be there on the Friday. Will we all be wearing our badges? Had three cops last year, nice!

I'm afraid that badges are no longer available. Andy had a batch made nd they sold very quickly. He said at the time that he wouldnt get any more (I seem to remember that the price was going up to unreasonable levels).
So, unless he changes his mind, no more badges. Having said that, if, and I repeat IF, there is the demand, either Andy or I could see if another batch is possible.

Well, I am glad it is still on! I will be there on all three days helping out on one of the trade stands. I'd hate to travel 12 000 miles for nothing. Also will be at Gilling the following weekend.
See you there.
Mike

No, I'm not scheduled to run but will help where needed. And it's a great event to see. I've been several times so it's nice to go where the faces are familiar. Once I have finished my model I have promised to take it to Gilling; I can't wait to see how it goes on the front of a long mineral train.
We must have a pint at the Fairfax Arms!
See you in May, Spamcanman.

I'm hoping to be there on the Friday on the way to my son's wedding on Hayling Island. My wife actually suggested going to Harrogate on the way [been there the last 3 years] which was like a bolt from the blue as I was resigned to not getting there this year. I'll look out for badges, not possessing one myself, maybe I should wear the father of the bridegroom's kilt to stand out from the crowd ! Incidentally, the kilt I got married in must have shrunk and I now have to wear my late father's kilt....I always considered him to be very overweight, I now realise that he had the perfect body...

The whole story is here. It even shows what a badge looks like. Although Andy may be able to get another supply, it is probably down to batch size. However, since you can see what one looks like, maybe you could make one e.g. copying and pasting to a bought plain badge. (The possibilities are endless!) Oh dear - could I be set upon by the copyright police for suggesting such a thing? Recommendation - if you do make one, make it big enough! I jest, but 6" diameter could be the optimum, so we can see it. ;D

So it's an '@' badge. I 'll assume the date is responsible for the dia. The whole story is here. It even shows what a badge looks like. In the best(?) of todays jargon, discussions are ongoing regarding the possibility of further supplies of badges.
No doubt an announcement will be made in due course.

Just a touch of Lord Mandelson of Stepney here! ;D Contrast the fact that just down the road, a shell of a Scotsman is attempting to save the world from economic disaster, whilst giving assurances we will come out of the other end - yet some are having difficulty issuing a badge. ;D
